Hm...
It's a cool figure, it doesnt sing WW2 though... Perhaps if he had a Thompson, and M1 steel pot rather then the standard joe helmet from the 80's it would look better... Besides that he looks pretty cool.

It does look pretty cool, but I agree with the others that it needs something to tie it in to WWII a little bit more. Depends how "cutting edge" the Joe equipment is supposed to be in that timeline though, I suppose. Maybe he's got some experimental new gear on in the picture?
I don't think it would be impossible for him to look like that in WWII, but more visual cues would help make it clear he belongs to that era. |

Cool idea! Maybe I'll try my own version. Thanx for the inspiration!

Very nice, but I would def give him a thompson. Maybe just a hint of the olive drab, Army green as well...just to make it looked like a progression to all black.
Just my 2 cents, and I cant custom worth a crap so what do I know...great work overall! |

Thanks guys! I hope I can get him right with version 3! lol
I need a new helmet, a less "smooth" visor, new gun, and new legs. That sound right?
