I dont think Hasbro will ever get it as good as the customizers, as they just dont care as much as we do. When you can turn out a hundred thousand or so in the time it takes a customizer to do one, quality becomes a backseat companion. That, and they sell these things at or around 10 bucks in the stores. If they where to put in the time effort and talent a customizer uses, then they would go for 30-50 bucks and never sell as the market is mainly for children. YOU however, seem to care a great deal about the charicter himself, and it REALLY shows in your work. Superb job of bringing this figure to the next level.
AHHHHHH... who'm I kidding? I'm going to repaint the darn thing no matter what they give us! |
