I was able to pop it onto the Benchpress body by warming the plastic/rubber with a hair dryer first. It fit perfectly with no Dremel required.

BnB figures work on a barbell joint that connects the neck with the head. All you need to do is remove the barbell. Half the time the barbell will stick to the BnB body, leaving you the hole in the head. The other half the barbell stays inside the head cavity. If this happens, drop the head in some boiled water (two and half mins in the microwave) for 60 to 90 seconds. Pull the head back out and use a pair of needle nose plyers to remove the barbell joint.
Afterwards, heat up the head again in the water and then press it on the the Benchpress neck. It doesn't take much force to get the head to pop on. Let it cool off and the head is perfectly set on the Benchpress balljoint neck.

This is what I also did. Is going to fit well with the Renegades figures that are about to come out.

I think this one inspired a lot of people to copy him. Mine has both black knee pads and the elbow pads and I got a cast whistle and baton as well.

I copied this one as well. I like it so much that I didn't bother picking up the SDCC ones. For someone with terrible painting skills, this was an easy custom to pull off.
