I really was very displeased with the way Resolute Gung Ho turned out once I got him out of his package, so I went to work to figure out a better scheme for him I found more "Resolute".
The first thing I noticed was he was not muscular as he appeared in the show and when I placed him with my other Resolute figures he just stood out like a sore thumb so I had to do something about that! I have seen a custom where someone used a Bazooka body to beef him up and another that used BnB figures arms but those just did not work for me either. Here is what I came up with which is pretty simple and fit for me just right size/detail wise: Recipie: Head- Walmart 2 pack ROC exclusive Gung Ho Torso: Walmart 2 pack ROC exclusive Gung Ho Legs: Resolute Jetpack Duke Arms: Resolute Duke Used some Dark Grey F-15 Model masters paint for his lower pants/croth to blend that odd grey they used in with the new legs and Flat Gull Grey Model Masters to match up the shirt's sleeves.

Nice to see someone going nuts with the Resolute-style figures again. I can't say how much I'd love to have 2 shelves of Resolute figures and let the rest be ROC/ARAH/25th.
Very nice. |

very cool! the first thing i did with my Res Gung ho was paint his mustache to better represent its on-screen appearance. I had to watch it again to see that he needs a handlebar/fu manchu style stache.
