Are SW heads and Joe heads easily swappable?

most of the SW neck holes are too big so you have to stuff it with something to sit right (I usually build a wider knob out of greenstuff, but I've heard about filling the head with glue... but I've never tried that...) in my dreadnok sig HeartWrencher and Zanya are SW heads.

I'm not sure how that figure translates to Pythona at all. Pythona doesn't have any of the sculpted details that figure has.

He told me that it's not so much detail is it aesthetics. Each group of figures has their own design team, and each design team has a different approach to their figures. The Star Wars team goes for the overall aesthetic of the line. They want the figures to display nicely, even though that may sacrifice articulation at times. Which I find quite odd, personally, because whenever you ask Hasbro about the SW line and why they keep pumping out more versions of the same characters over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over again (like, do we really NEED another Han Solo??) they say that they like to keep the core characters on the pegs for the kids.
