While browsing the Blood for the Baron website (awesome reference site for Palitoy Action Force toys. Check it out here: https://www.bloodforthebaron.com), I came across their section with unreleased prototypes. Red Raven is fascinating to me. There is no bio on the page, so based on his code name, I will be using him as the Red Shadows Air Commander.

Red Vulture was the Shadowtrak driver. His bio is below. I guess Vulture was a play on words for the French word "voiture".

I think I heard the figure was meant to be a generic officer for the Red Shadows troops, but your idea works well.

Great looking custom, it is always nice seeing additions to the Red Shadows ranks.

Oh snap! I got my sinister birds mixed up lol. I did in fact mean Red Raven. I did not know that the figure was meant as a generic officer. That is really fascinating. I love learning about the history behind these toys. Thanks so much for the info

Red Vulture is on my to-do list. I got my birds mixed up, I meant Red Raven lol. It had never occurred to me that vulture was a play on words for voiture. That is really neat!

Not sure why they didn't use this design. It's perfect and you've brought it to life!

It looks so fitting with the Palitoy figures' designs, I couldn't figure out why I couldn't place it until I read the info you provided.

Him being a generic officer is just what I had heard previously when discussing this figure, but it did not come from a Palitoy source so may not be correct, it does seems strange that a generic character would have a Code Name. That said I have only ever seen the figure before, I never knew it had a code name until I tried to find a link to it for you yesterday.

I have always though it strange that a driver would be named after a bird, the link to Voiture makes a lot of sense.

Thank you gents. It would have been awesome if they had released the original figure. It would have been a great addition to the Red Shadows.
