Figures Winter Ops Major Bludd

Winter Ops Major Bludd.
Another parts on hand build I made over the summer. I always liked the character Maj Bludd and originally was going to do a desert ops version of him but when I lost access to the spot I use for desert pics, I figured Id make a winter ops one instead. I thought the coat looked too plain so I added the bandolier to break up the plainness somewhat.
