Working with the Imaginext helmets I had on hand, it was the closest shape match for what I wanted. Had it been clear, I would have glued down o-rings in front of the face and then to the sides to make ports, and then painted everything else white to match the suit. But the more I worked on the figure, the more the blue grew on me, so I kept it as it was.

I had the word "implosion" on my that-would-be-a-good-codename list and started on the figure in late '22 or early '23. Then the Ocean Gate submersible disaster happened, and I though it would be tacky to use it that summer. So I shelved the figure for about a year, then starting working on it a while ago.

But I don't think it would ever be wise to eat Chipotle or Qdoba (I can't tell them apart, can you? I've heard people claim they can, but I don't believe it) in an undersea lab.
