It's not. The grunt Steel Brigade helmet head is actually a bit bigger than the one we got with the two-pack.

Then there's the actual helmet pieces as well, and those are even bigger. So there's a bit of range of sizes between the female helmets, small male helmets, larger male helmets, and then actually wearable male helmets.

I've also noticed that the jet pack steel corps helmet, the Halo looking one from the two pack does not have the same ball peg size as the one included with Starduster. So unfortunately it's not a easy swap to give Starduster the green helmet from the two-pack.

Thank you that's kind to offer. I actually don't need one, I was just admiring. But I do appreciate it. I got the Silk set for Doc Ok but I've always thought that head was a great sculpt.

Speaking of Steel Brigade, due to a QC issue I mentioned some pages back, I have a couple headless Starduster figures lying around that needed a purpose.

Decided I am going to have some environment specific Steel Brigade troops to accompany my joes. (this kinda goes against everything I believe, as to me, Joes have faces and cobra does not, but these look cool, so whatevers, ha).

Here are my woodland and naval / marine ops Steel Brigade troops. Figure I will have 2 each of these, then maybe look at an air force version.

Huh. That's kind of wild to me. I actually hollowed out Grunt's so it's removable. Like most things I finish I completely forgot to take much less post pics.

I'm sure most of us have done some Snake Eyes kitbashing since there are so many versions of him in the line. Wanted to share mine:

- Base body is from 52 Snake Eyes & Timber. I did give the upper body and head a matte finish, also painted the black on his mouth gray to match the rest of the helmet.
- Webgear is from 00 Snake Eyes. I did paint the buckles gunmetal gray, factory paint was a bit sloppy on mine (pretty sure I got a KO, only recently purchased him on ebay). I'll probably put some paint on the pins of the grenades too
- Chest harness is the black one from 02 Snake Eyes

Expanding Scarlett's wardrobe. I call these looks Snipcord and Squarrel.

Love the naval one, that Monster Force gear matches so well.

Thank you. Squarrel has trouble standing up, so I am going to have to tinker with the right ankle/foot as that seems to be the culprit. Lots of unused gear from the sniper package, so I may use one of the headless movie Scarlett bodies to piece together a new character.

My Retro Scarlett and Quarrel have ankle issues as well, there's gotta be something wrong with that mold lol
