I figured rather than make a new thread each time I post I'll just start an all in one post.

First up: Falcon

It?s not often that I rework a figure but here are three that bothered me from the moment I was ?finished.?

Here?s the first:

Falcon, the officer in charge of my new Joe Team. I gave him a new head, thickened the black camo on the pants, gave him a new scarf (his last one was blue ffs), fixed the patch on his beret, gave him a new shotgun (a modified og RAH Falcon shotgun), and gave him a slung M4 with underside shotgun, repositioned the shells on his arm and boot, repositioned his right arm flat panel and added a flag decal.

Overall I am 100% happier with this figure now.

Here’s the second figure I reworked. Hook the helicopter pilot for my new Joe Team.

I never liked the robotic hand I gave him. Thankfully Marauder made an easy fix and I swapped out the whole lower arm. I also gave him a rifle on a sling. A few paint touch ups and he is finally done.

This one was simple, I gave it a different head, paint touch ups, and new accessories. The head was originally a Renegades Tunnel Rat with a sculpted goatee. I never really liked it. I went through my casts and found this one and decided I liked it more. Honestly, I'm still not sold on it, the head has a very rough sculpt which you can see in the pics. I just imagine he's been through some stuff since the ZomPoc; burns, etc.
