Came across some photos of my early work. Loading dock for the USS Flagg. Features a RC crane made out of a Thomas the Train RC crane and 1/16 RC forklift.

most of it is pink foam board with a veneer made from dry wall spackle to give it that concrete look to it.
The entire diorama was about 14ft, it was the USS Flagg, dock, staging area for cargo, garage, port gate to a small town that included two shops and dinner. with streets and sidewalks. Under the city was a 7ft jungle diorama. |
