This is super fun, Slice.
There's a lot of details on him. I'm really into that chest holster. And his face is pretty funny to me. Can we see a closeup of his head and shoulders? I think there's a ton of detail in there in the shoulder pads we can't see in the full-body pic. That camo all over is fire.

A solid custom, with some really great choices on things to update. For one, the tattoo sleeves are very present day, bringing the character into the 21st Century. But the real improvement comes in the form of the shoulder pad/armor that you have given him; this sells it! Now I may be in the minority, but I look at this figure and (if you gave him long sleeves, thus making the figure more generic), it almost looks like it could be a futuristic trooper (especially with the visor in place), which you could build a sub team of (all former football players from ARMY):

Anyway, a great addition to your custom collection, Slice! -Todd Shakka85 I wanted to reinvent him. I feel the majority of characters we grew up with deserve reinventions, rather than cardboard cutouts. Really glad more and more people are starting to feel the same way. To me grid Iron was a 3/10 character, I think this piece of work is a 9.2/10 making me now see him as an overall 6/10. So I like this version . Which just a side note, there is no greater pleasure than turning people into fans of a character they disliked before. That?s moving needles and very hard to do in the GI joe world
