For sure man. Regardless if you want to act the way you are acting, next time you touch a customs project you will do better remembering I kept it real with you rather than tell you something is good, when it?s not.
If I were in your position , and someone that is good at this critiqued my work, I?d appreciate that and learn from it.

Dude your level of petty cracks me up. I acknowledged my lack of experience and ability from the start of this thread. It's called humility, you should try it sometime. Every suggestion you made I already learned from YouTube tutorials. I'm just not very good at it...yet. Practice makes improvement.

As for "acting," it was a bold move trying to keep up the facade that you're just "keeping it real." We both know you just wanted to troll and dump on it calling it lazy. No amount of gaslighting will change that. I'll take advice when it's not presented maliciously.

So no, I won't get better because you "kept it real." I'll keep trying because I enjoy this hobby and I won't let a troll like you get to me. After all this hobby is not all important. I have a full life away from this.

Yeah, yeah I'm long winded (guilty as charged), but a big part of my job is writing and communication. This has been a fun creative outlet for me.

I only painted the eyes, knit cap, torso, and arms. The rest is from the factory.

The torso was tan, I painted it white, then tried to give it a paint wash to match the other kitbash character next to him. They're a part of my zombie universe, so the grimy, post apocalyptic look fits thematically; even if the quality is lacking. Thanks afwaywa, I don't remember how many it took. I need to pay closer attention perhaps. I do remember that it did not cover well with the first coat. Later I didn't like the bright white so I tried to give it a wash. I wish I had gone just a bit lighter (color not application) on the wash. I didn't sand or cut the elbow joint, but I did swap the joints to some white elbow joints I had from a different figure. Maybe they leave more space than the original joints. They still work well either way.
