Exactly. Have you seen those pics of the Skystriker next to a true 1:18 F-14? Or the Rattler next to the TRU Heroes A-10? It's what has helped me resist the temptation honestly.

Dake, that is pure gold, man! The only thing I'd suggest is maybe adding custom armor window covers, like the original had. If you have a 3D printer you may be able to find something to use on one of the free print file sites that would help you. Otherwise, great job on it!

I'd been thinking about that and playing with a couple of options in my mind, but not sure yet. I figure ballistic glass has come a long way as far as the windshield is concerned, but yeah - the big gaping openings in the doors could be problematic.
