there were some classic monster figures with dioramas produced in the 90's. I will try to identify the maker. One set was the Frankenstein monster with some lab pieces in 4" scale. They also made the Phantom of the Opera, on others. Those may work. In the early 70's there was a series of 4" scale model kits of a classic monster line centered around a lab and torture chamber... Cant remember but there were lots of diorama piecess in those kits. \
