Holy smokes was Spirit fun to mess with. But the details and the skins color scheme quickly became a serious pain in the ass. I?m not much of a customizer, painter or photographer so you guys will just have suffer through that. Any recommendations are appreciated.
Also I am using google photos and will have to change that probably in order to post more photos I guess. I see a lot of dudes posting tons of photos, using Flickr I guess. I will have to learn how to do that. |

Looks like a good build to me.
Moving forward use imgbb. https://imgbb.com/ Make everything embed code bbcode full link. For the figure. Nice use of parts. For the soft goods cut to size then line it up. Skin tone is tough to make look natural and not clayed up. Water is acrylics best friend. Keep up the great work brother!

Thanks Slice. Means a lot coming from u man. I will try to do everything u recommend. I didn?t clear coat him or wash him yet. I am hesitant because I?ve never done a wash and my first clear coats were piss poor. Probably should try those techniques on another dude first.
Thanks bro. |

Thanks fellas.
By far the hardest custom I have ever done or tried. But I am happy with how he turned out. Went through a lot of zartans and Spirits. Flint belts. A few horses. Couple of other figures for accessories. All worth it imo. |

I really really wanted a taller Spirit, like in the cartoon. He always seemed pretty big to me at least. I also wanted either Spirit or another Native American Joe but with a Mohawk. Could not find a suitable one but I got some nice accessories from the Lone Ranger movie Johnny depp character. His figure is way too big. And then I got the bow, quiver, and the hollowed hatchet from an assassins creed character. That character is only about 5.5 inches at most though. I tried to make my own pilums, but there is a figure line that has them in scale for a roman soldier, so I got them off eBay. I got the rifle, pistol and a un-pictured coach gun from gridiron as well as their load out. Still working on some of that stuff though. His horse is another project I am busy with. Glad u like him.
