Nothing special and quickly painted, I came up with a pretty easy Classfied Wraith Concept on a stock green goblin base.

What do you guys think? Hot or not?

I wasnt a big fan of the character but your build is detailed so well i cant help but like what ya did here. That lightning effect seals its awesomeness.

He's this very suave subversive French epsionage-type who is a ladies man and sophisticate. He has kinda sexy douchey facial hair. He stole an experimental body armor which renders the user 100% invisible through light infraction.

Cobra hires him a few times. He almost made it out of the DDP series alive but Baroness capped him and stole his suit to go after her kidnapped infant. That was the most brutal Baroness story ever I think.
