Eagle was the Action Force SAS Squad Leader, one of the early Palitoy low POA figures. Here I've switched him over to ARAH format. The hood is pulled down and the gas mask is in a ready position at his shoulder.
Palitoy decked him out with a Thompson submachine gun. I had one, but it was a Fortnite, which was too big and detailed to look right against these particular ARAH parts. So I switched over to another WW2 era weapon, the M2, this one from Remco's Sgt. Rock line. Last edited by Clockwise; 01-20-2023 at 05:02 PM.. |

Looking good, I like how you have used the Storm Shadow torso, I have always thought that a rope bundle is a quintessential part of Eagle's look.
If it helps, Palitoy didn't give Eagle a Thompson (Quickfire had that on the SAS Force team), instead Eagle had what I always thought was an HK MP5 (but I am not a weapons expert so may be wrong on what it is supposed to be)

Very cool. He could also pass-off as a night-ops Joe Colton.

nice.
AF80Sfan is correct, Eagle's weapon is the Heckler and Koch MP5. Eagle was a minimal redeco of the 1982 Action Force series 1 SAS figure who was himself based on the 12in Action Man SAS outfit, which was modelled off the iconic outfit worn by the operators during the Iranian Embassy mission in 1980. |
