With the cardback 8 of The Bad Guys, I'm moving on to interpretations of the other figures from the line. There were 4 static figures (1 paratrooper with working parachute, and 3 as the support crew for the Big Bad Chopper) and this guy.

There was an "Assault Raft Invasion Set" that included a figure and a raft. The figure was the same one used for Scorpion, but with gold helmet/boots instead of blue. The figure is generally regarded as a variant of Scorpion, which probably gives way too much credit to Remco for caring (let's be honest, they didn't).

But more than that, the figure isn't named on the packaging. Anywhere. So the figure is whoever you want it to be. I've decided it's not Scorpion, but Hippo. Hippo sounds like a name Remco might have used, and it better fits the character's specialist as a raft pilot.

Another fun pair of customs! Love the helmets, so unique. Then the silver raft is right up my alley, haha. I love a good vehicle in a crazy color. Just screams to everything that’s always appealed to me toy wise.

I was faithful to the Remco figure except for the slate on the PFD, which the Remco figure didn't have.

The Remco raft was molded in silver plastic, and had a detachable gold/bronze outboard motor. It didn't occur to me to paint the outboard motor on this one until I had everything wrapped up.
