Thanks my man, super appreciate of the compliment more so coming from you. Cheers!
Thank you buddy! Itch cheers for stopping by; really appreciate the compliment my dude. Quote:
Excellent job my brother with the Ray Stevenson tribute! Great head choice! Even though Star Wars media has been a bit uneven over the past few years, I can say that I am genuinely excited for the Ahsoka series.
Artus Lok is bad @$$! Love the dueling flames and another example of how sorely the color"gold" is missed in the MGR catalog. Really cool how you handled his gear! Fun and "on point" drop my man! ;-) The Mandalorian came out so much nicer than I expected so I'm quite pleased with the end result! ![]() Cheers for stopping by bro! Thank you for the kind words ARBCO! |

Finally I came around to finishing my Dreadnok heartwrencher custom which I think came out pretty good. I've thought of using BFS parts for the torso to replicate the death metal looking blouse and of course display some of that skin...but it required getting more parts so I decided to use the ones I've had sitting around plus I like the t-shirt look a bit better. BFS forearms and Tunnel Rat Renegades overalls added to the MGR Valkyrie, all painted except for head and scarf. Missing the wrench and her ride (Stinger) but still...

The 2 Noks were a great surprise! Love the overalls & paint on Heartwrencher, nice build overall & quite different than the one I've had brewing. As I've had a build for Heartwrencher sitting in my warming bin since 2020, waiting for a certain part to appear. She is currently one of my "Lost Figures" just waiting to be released, hopefully soon... So cool to see yours!! But I never tackled Storm Rider, who I see you have revamped into your own character Cholo, great stuff buddy! XD Just a fearsome twosome!

Great builds paokole. I especially dig the mixing of Marauder and BFS parts. Also is that Spy Troops Destro's belt I spy?
Curious if you've considered swapping in male MTF legs on Heartwrencher? I've tried it on a couple of kitbash builds to try and match better with bulkier vests, with mixed results. But they might be a good fit with the Tunnel Rat overalls to achieve more of a Carhartt / work gear look.

I need help from the community:
I am trying to build a custom figure for a friend that is a pro-wrestler. His moniker is Al Katrazz, and the in=wring persona is that of a convict. he wears an orange jumpsuit/coveralls with the sleeves torn off. I have the tattoos covered. he is bald (shaved head) and has a beard. I would prefer to build him in the 1/12 scale, to interact with modern WWE and AEW figures. ANY suggestions for the build is appreciated. I am not a sculptor, so this should be repainted parts as much as possible. His real name is Bryan Fleming, and he is retired due to injuries and wanting to be around for his family.

I totally agree with that, although the ripped blouse is a trademark for most female Noks! Thanks for commenting!

. Painting Heartwrencher was fun and a bit challenging getting the right shade of purple right. Skin showing is definitely more cartoon accurate however that's not usually what I aim for; it makes me happier to see a degree of deviation. Honestly, I wasn't going for a Storm Rider look only to realize the resemblance the moment I decided to borrow the bandana from the original Storm Rider version which is also the only original Dreadnok I have left in my collection. That and 3 Doom Cycles for my custom Dreadnoks. Those bikes are so wicked! Many thanks for always stopping my good friend! Quote:

Contractor pants with Valkyrie t-shirt looks cool but I I'm not sure if I'll try it out here. I gotta say I like the aesthetics with this build. I know the Valkyries seem overly tall compared to their male counterparts but I like that. They look like modern Amazons and that's cool. Also I'm not sure about that Spy Troops Destro's belt. It was sitting in my fodder bin and thought I'd through it in the equation. But yeah you're probably right. Thanks for stopping by! Quote:
