Colton had no prior knowledge of Sergeant First Class Clifton Nash but trusted Stalker's assessment (influenced by a character reference from pal, Albert Pine, who added "only a ninja would attack a missile with a sword") enough to offer him a spot on the team. Serving as their Arctic Survivalist, SFC Nash earned his code name "Iceberg" after Flash collided with him in the bivouac and fell down the hill "like the sinking Titanic." Iceberg loves the cold but is reluctant of using a Jetpack till the moment a fellow soldier's care is in his hands.
Modified Iceberg: Original: Edit: Clipped the face from the white wrap and trimmed the edge to let this sit lower and looser. I think this may be my favorite build at this stage, because it required the most work. The jetpack doesn't fit with the chest armor, so there was quite a bit of clipping and gluing to tuck the gear together. All parts are from Marauder Task Force. The head sculpt impressed me more than the options for a "Snow Job" and I felt like Iceberg never got a true chance to shine for looking, you guessed right, so cool. I wanted the team to have similar uniforms a la OG13, so I avoided the soft blues of his original design. At least I didn't turn him into a whale. Thanks to turner for suggesting the use of a lightbox for better capturing the details. Last edited by TheOverlordCorp; 01-30-2022 at 07:18 PM.. |

Great Iceberg. I wonder if you were influenced by Action Figure Therapy on YouTube in giving him a jetpack?

This is the first time I've heard of that, so nope. I'm not the biggest user of YouTube. I prefer Stalker with a jetpack and this was what MTF offers. Then I thought he would need a buddy up in the air with him and that ended my decision.

AFT is very adult humor using Joes. Don't recommend watching it with kids or the wife. "Snow" is Iceberg and he's obsessed with getting a jetpack.

I tend to avoid those things myself, but I remember getting in trouble when I was a kid because my older sister's friend set 3 or 4 pairs of figures in 69-position on the kitchen counter unbeknownst to me. My mom came home and was not pleased at all ... probably because I had no idea what it meant at the time.
