Figures Vulture

Not Spider-Man's Vulture, not Eagle Force's Vulture/Vulchure, it's The Bad Guys' Vulture!

To celebrate the 40th anniversary of The Bad Guys, I'm making them this years' project.

With other group projects I've taken on, I've done them at a slow pace. It took me a decade to completed my Eagle Force/RIOT set. I'll be making The Bad Guys customs every other custom or so, making it possible that I'll get them all done before 2023.

Remco's Vulture appeared to be a pilot, and given the bird-themed codename, I went that direction.

I have a soft spot for the old Remco figures ala Sgt Rock, Bad Guys, Universal Monsters etc. This came out really nice. I look forward to seeing the rest of the Bad Guys.

Obviously, Breakerfan, I share your fondness for the Remco stuff. I'll say it again: if only the Sgt. Rock/The Bad Guys figures had been sculpted with longer arms, they'd be much better remembered than they are. The sculpting on them is phenomenal- better than GI Joe, but with much less articulation.

My next The Bad Guys custom will be The Big Bad Chopper. Gotta give them a ride, you know. I'm not vehicle customizer for the most part, so I'm hoping it turns out well.
