Zandar is a character that I've never customized before. Design-wise, the ARAH Zandar was too gaudy, especially for someone who didn't want to be noticed.
Here I covered the bare chest and used a brown/green color set for the uniform. I kept the blue and gold of the ARAH figure, and of course the pink for the scarf thing. But the uniform, scarf, and flesh have a dirty, greasy look to them. This is to play against my Zarana custom, which is painted in a very clean and fluid approach. Always liked Zandar as a character for whatever reason, probably mostly because he was the only early Dreadnok that I had as a kid besides Ripper. Those two, Gnawgehyde & Zanzibar made up my Nok?s until Battle Corps Roadpig came out....but I don?t even think I ever used those three as Nok?s. All of the others were gone by the time the Joes were passed to me.
When I was doing my Zarana custom and googling images of the DiC version, your custom was a pic that showed up and helped me decide to definitely go for it. Haha, I just didn?t know it was your custom until now! So big thanks there! She?s fantastic! The build, coloring and head sculpting / paint job you did on it are amazing. Zander is a great companion figure to her! Really loving the body part choices you selected, then the colors & grittiness you added work perfectly for him. They look really great together as a pair. Congrats on finishing your twins!

The title had me nervous when I clicked it but after clicking I was pleasantly surprised. Nice job.
