Got shipped from the US to the UK one of these Bass Pro Shop Tree House Kids Rubicon Jeeps. This one came with trailer and boat.
Grabbed it as the 3 3/4 figure sold it to me. He looked great but means plenty of room for a 4inch figure too. So the Jeep arrived and first thing was place it next to the Bruder Jeep. So Happy the Treehouse one is smaller. Bruder is brilliant but it's oversized part bugs me. So I used a metallic Dark Grey autombile paint for the body and Metallic Red Humbrol for the framework. I also removed the tail end of the Jeep and remade with a Working tailgate. Much Better. Also carefully cut out the solid plastic windshield. Will be adding a clear plastic windscreen to the frame. A Splash of colour to the 4 seats and steering wheel. Added my unit "RAIDERS" insignia. I maybe taking it apart again however to install LEDs. |

Very nice. the Bruders are nice looking but at 1/16 scale, they are large. Yours looks perfect.

@ponygt, Truly appreciate your very kind words.
@hardcorps, Thank You so much and Totally agree on the Bruder. That these tree house kids vehicles are not in the UK is a kicker. However I do plan to get some more as they Are ideal 1/18th vehicles. Plus just seen they do the Wrangler Gladiator too. Now that would be a Nice addition to my motorpool LOL |

Man, that looks so much better with the paint job you gave it... I may just have to look into getting one to customize now... Thanks for sharing!
