I was never able to find this figure in stores when I was a kid, which sucked, b/c I thought that he was one of the coolest looking characters ever! So, 30-some odd years later, I finally made my own...
I ended up having to Frankenstein this figure together from a TON of different sources, then cast them in Clear resin... {Whew..} Hope you like it! HM

You casted that yourself? Cool. That's dedication. I remember these guys from when I was a kid as well, though not sure I personally ever owned him.

Yeah, I've casted six inch scale heads myself in the past though in recent years I'm more likely to try and find them online first to avoid the frustration since I don't have a pressure pot.

Looks dope! Really cool! Thanks for sharing!
I made a Glyos Crystar series a few years back covering most of the characters... it was a fun project. |

Man I LOVED Crystar. Still do actually. About 1o years ago there was a Kickstarter called "Prince of Crystal". it was to create a MOTUC scaled version of Crystar. I think the folks that kicked it were "Working Class Villains". It was fully funded but I don't think they were produced.
Anyway, nice job man! EDIT: Well it may have actually been produced. Found a pic on The Fwoosh.

Fantastic Crystar. I can see you put a lot of love that figure. He’s amazing. Kudos.

I've only cast heads and backpacks, so seeing what you've done here is extra impressive!
Great work! |
