Yeah, had Classified Storm Shadow looked like this, they would have gotten me into 6” Joe’s. By far my favorite of the 6” guys you’ve done so far. I passed on Classified because they were too similar to what I already had in 3.75” but this one just feels completely new. Great job on Storm Shadow!

Looking at a bunch of Mortal Kombat stuff recently, definitely getting some Scorpion vibes from this Storm Shadow and it’s a place I never really thought about him going before so just so cool. Looks ready to jump right into the game and start kicking ass. Loving the wraps, chains and the sashes that hold their shape. Really great dynamic look to them.

That’s one of the universes I wanted him to fit in.

Blended Mortal Kombat, a little assassins creed, little Todd McFarlane; going a darker route and look, outshining Classfied but representing Gi Joe in a way I’ve always envisioned.

Just really tired of Joes looking and going soft . That new Zartan is a saving grace IMO.
He’s got a really menaced vibe to him.

It just seems we are stuck in this insane cycle of wanting nothing to change with GI Joe but expecting different results with Hasbro, in which I don’t blame them at all.

Wanted to give this awesome one a bump since the insanely cool look of the sashes flowing down on this Storm Shadow is what inspired me to go with a sculpted sash on a recent custom. Funny that you mention Mortal Kombat with this guy and then the custom I borrowed the idea for was a MK character.

I agree on Classified Zartan, had he been one of the first releases, Hasbro may have gotten me on a Classified purchase. He was a mix of badass and something we didn’t already completely have in 3.75”. So far I’ve avoided them outside of preordering that Pulse Cobra Commander. He was the first guy I saw that I thought felt new and that wouldn’t have been super easy to make in 3.75”.

And absolutely! Zartan is the best one hands down out of the entire line IMO . Dark gritty, less cartoony , more despicable. A gem amongst the line.

Plus I love that we all know Hasbro comes to this forum to borrow ideas! Set it in stone.
