Scrap-Iron has been on my list for quite awhile, but someone else was always taking priority. One of my first MTF customs (maybe even my first) was Scrap Iron and ever since I abandoned MTF joe customs, I've been wanting to re-do him. This recipe kind of happened- I like it but don't know how Scrap Irony it is...
Another thing I noticed was a nice detail to this particular web gear. The shemagh that the figures using it wear actually sticks out at the bottom. I don't know if it's never been painted by Hasbro to stand out, because I never noticed before, but I painted it gray so it would stand out.

Is that your silver technique over the red again? Worked out great for him. Love how that gives his gear the worn look while not being too crazy that he no longer fits in 25th. Nailed that modern / classic mesh once again.
Really like how he came out, it’s a different look for Scrap Iron but really works well for the character. Just really good parts choices too that pop great with your paint job. Killing the paint on all of these recent guys and then the tablet & little HISS scout / drone are great accessories for him.

Looks really good. Nice paint apps and as H&R said the silver dry brushing on the armor stands out. Great choice of parts too.
I always liked Scrap Iron and love that you gave him the messed up eye. Was it every revealed in the comics what is wrong with his eye?

Another super cool custom, love the weathering on the boots, knee pads, chest armor and helmet! Man, you're surely keeping busy!

Nice job!!! The painting is so good that I almost didn't recognize that Poe Dameron helmet.

that helmet has turned out to be a pretty damn versatile piece for me. Used it for Blizzard, as well. Wish I had more.
