There were a couple of great threads up not too long ago about Sarge customs, and I decided to do a new version of my older Sarge custom because of them. That and I needed to finish the molds, but beside the point.
I used the original mail away version as a jumping off point, and tweaked the paint scheme a little bit. Enjoy! |

Yeah, he did turn out nice. I had a funny little problem when I was working on him though...
Occasionally when you make molds for stuff, the silicone will "swell" and the resulting parts that you cast will be too big. Most of the time these bad parts are not really usable due to the size discrepancy. If you take a good look at the arms in this instance, you'll see that they seem even beefier than usual. They are about half again the size of the original parts. Strangley enough though, they still fit the pins and rings, worked properly and still fit the torso. This time around, I guess it's the Sarge that's got the pythons and Hogan is S.O.L. Seriously though, if the mold continues to put out usable parts, this paves the way for He Man, Conan and a whole host of other 'roided up beef-meisters. |

Once again another great job! You never dissapoint man. I love the details on the boots, takes it to the next level. When are you gonna open your store back up? Im in need of a few things and ive always gotten great products from you. Anyway keep em comin and cant wait to see whats next.
