My diorama of an UFO crash site is 5 meters wide, between 60 cm and 80 cm deep and 70 cm high. It is of scale 1:18. The UFO is made of plastic lids of trash bins and saucers of flower pots. It has a diameter of 55 cm, corresponding to 10 meters. The diorama includes 24 die cast cars, 86 soldiers and special forces, 16 police officers, 74 civilians and 7 ETs. The red vehicle to the left of the UFO is a GI Joe Mauler battle tank with the turret replaced by a ladder mechanism of a Playmobil fire truck. The trailer of the Jeep and the campaign kitchen are scratch-built. Also scratch-built are the red barn and the right house. The left house is a customized Scooby Doo house. Except for the ambulance and the fire workers tank the military vehicles are models from Lanard and Chap Mei. Here are two pictures as an overview. Almost 70 detailed pictures are available on my bog. It just takes to click on the pictures in order to see them amplified.

Very cool - always love seeing dios. It seems like they are slowly dying out so it's great to see someone do something so cool.

I am a member of this forum for many years and I can assure you that the link is perfectly safe. Formerly I had my pictures manly on photobucket. However, when they started to charge I posted everything on my blog only. The blog is not even monetarized because Google refuses monetarization of blogs with mainly pictures.

Simple and effective UFO. The site is safe too.
I'm guessing some of those are 1/20 figures?

No. There are some kids and youngsters but the adults are all within the range of 1:18. An adult person has a height between 155cm (5.1 foot) and 190cm (6.25 foot). At scale 1:18 that corresponds to 8.6cm (3.4 inch) and 10.6cm (4.2 inch).
