Here’s my take on a 3 3/4” version the club exclusive Adventure Team bad guy Dr. Isotope. The basic concept of making this out of a BFS glow in the dark Afterlife Spartan was somebody else’s, but rather than flocking the head like that guy I sculpted hair and the tank top and shorts details. I also wanted to represent the alternate radiation suit outfit that was available and use another Spartan head and a MTF Chrono Ops body for that. The original set came with a couple of Steyr TMP machine pistols, but this guy is from the 70’s, wears a silver jumpsuit, and presumably lives in a secret base in a hollowed out volcano or something, so I gave him a Maruaders STEN gun instead.
Version 1: BFS Afterlife Spartan with sculpted details and blind bag Boxer boots and boot tops Version 2: BFS Afterlife Spartan head with sculpted details, MTF Chrono Ops body, MTF goggles, hands, and STEN gun.

I’m “That Guy,” lol. Nice job on yours, especially the silver suit!

Ahh! Thank you, I couldn’t find your original post. I’ve been salivating over your custom for a while just waiting to find a reasonably priced Spartan to make my own. Such amazing work, and I’d never have the patience for flocking!

I like how that silver outfit with the black boots and gloves looks. Kind of like some retro spaceman.

Yeah, the flocking went much smoother than I thought it would, but I haven’t returned to it since. But hey, I scored a 2nd in the 2017 Joecon Franken contest with that figure, so...it was worth it! Ironically, it’s sculpting I just don’t want to mess with—speaking of patience! lol
