Sorry for the new thread.. the search isn't turning up anything that relates to my question.
How do I remove the upper arms? Do I have to pop the torso to do this or can I just pop them out via the heat and pop method (which doesn't seem to be working so far for this body part). Thanks guys! |

have to crack the torso open to get at those arms
