It’s a BFS blank head with the hair removed and the Vandar hair piece added. That head is clearly intended to look like Arnie.

Thanks, everyone. The scheme for Kalidor popped in my head and I couldn’t let it go. For a kid who loved Conan and whose favorite color was red, Kalidor was pretty impactful in my youth.
