Hey Alyosha, That is by far the best C.O.P.S. custom I've seen! I can't wait for more!

that is awesome and very very cool, I always liked the concept of Cops and wish it had been treated a little more maturly than it was, If it was so dumbed down in the TV show I think it would have been around a lot longer,
anyway This is kind of a dream come true for me as I alway thought they would be freaking great to get in this size please keep us up to date and let us know where we can buy this guy along with all the others |

In Canada we have a store called Liquidation World which sells products from closed-out stores. Anyway, an old hobby shop must have closed down because a few weeks ago they received at least 50 MOC C.O.P.S figures and a few MIB vehicles along with thousands of models and gamed. It was weird because I hadn't seen C.O.P.S since '89 or '90.

You know, if you'd caught me about 5 months ago with that info, I'd be foaming at the mouth. Fortunately, General Hawk and I did some horsetrading at the Con and he finished out my set of COPS figures. The only thing I'm missing now is a baton for Highway. And more 3 3/4 versions too.

That is freaking awesome. I totally forgot about COPS. My friend had a few of those toys but I never got them for myself because it would have taken away from my joe collecting.
I can't wait to see more. I just did a little wiki research and discovered that Hasbro reused the names Bulletproof, Longarm, and Barricade, and Mace for GI Joes. All of the Joe versions had backgrounds in law enforcement. I just kind of thought that was cool. Last edited by GI Guppy; 02-06-2008 at 08:37 PM.. |
