I don't think I ever had Bludd as a kid. He just didn't pop up on my radar, but he's a cool character with a lot of potential. In my joeverse he's pretty much in line with his biography, except his poetry isn't technically bad, it's bad because it's sadistic. He writes to amuse his dark, twisted psyche. Also I read that his arm was intended to represent armor for using his rocket pistol, but I like the thought of it and the eye patch as evidence of the damage his body has absorbed. He went to M.A.R.S. Inc. with the hope that a robotic prosthetic hand and an Exo-Skeleton Armor would get him back to Combat Ready Status. Bludd's paying Destro back by putting himself under Destro's total managerial control. Basically, when COBRA tells him "jump", he asks Destro "how high?"
Major Bludd Figure: Head-DTC Right Hand-Cobra B.A.T. Legs-25th Major Bludd v10 Boots-25 Crimson Guard modded Rest-ROC Elite Viper v2 Gear: Vest-ROC Elite Viper v1 with JoyToy Grim Reaper Exo-Skeleton Spine attached Left Shoulder Armor-Grim Reaper Right Exo-Skeleton Arm-Grim Reaper Dog Tags-25th Major Bludd v10. I trimmed some of the excessive dog tags away. He has a collection hidden away, but he wears only a few of the the most memorable into battle. Helmet, COBRA Eye Patch, Belt, and Leg Armor-Fodder?

That is a nice looking Major Bludd there. Dig the exo-skeleton spine/arm idea; that is thinking outside the box! Thanks for sharing.

Great job, reminds me of the exoskeletons they used in Elysium.

That looks great! I am squarely in the "armored arm" camp, but I like your design and backstory a lot. Nice work.

http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...tesdragon.html I think they split the difference between Elysium and Edge of Tomorrow. In fact I think JoyToy has some figures coming down the pipeline that incorporate shoulder mounted weapons or maybe I'm just remembering something I saw from Acid Rain. At any rate they make for great custom fodder/army builders...
