Figures Gi Joe classified Beachhead no paint custom

The classified line is great but still getting used to the modern twists, legs also seem a tad bit shorter compared to rest of body.

So I just slapped on the lower half from the marvel legends Killmonger figure and you have a perfect match to the 25th anniversary Beachhead

Nicely done! That makes for a much better Beachhead. Now for a question: how do you swap the lower body? I’ve tried heating the thighs, but can’t get them off (they come apart at the swivel, but the upper thighs wont budge on the ball joints in the waist section... I don’t want to ruin the t-bar, as they have stretched and show stress on two that I’ve tried taking apart. I have ideas for Classified figures, but need more info to accomplish them. Any insight you can give would be appreciated.

You need to spit the waist section. I did this a month or so back and its an easy swap once you get the waist section apart. I overly stretched a T bar trying to remove the legs so I don't recommend it.
