Figures Classified Duke by ceraurus

***UPDATE: I painted some of more of Duke.***

It's been a long time since I've posted anything here on HissTank! Life's been busy, but I've had time lately to work on some customs here and there. The last week or so I've been working on Classified figures. I'll start by saying that overall I like these figures, they're good quality and I appreciate having them. That being said, I'm always drawn to customizing my joe figures, just like I did for most of my 4" collection.

First up is Duke. This is mostly just a repaint with a new head. In this case I went with a mostly classic color scheme. I painted gun metal over the gold parts everywhere except the small part of the harness near the shoulder. The pants and boots are not currently painted because I like the colors as is. If I can match OK, I'll probably paint those as well before long. I used a Marvel Legends MCU Capt. America/Chris Evans head, which had to be lowered because it sits a bit high on the Classified figure without any modding. I still need to replace his weapon.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen you post recent work! They look great and glad to see you painting again. You are a key person that inspired me to start painting back in the day. I still have the custom Outback you made me displayed in my collection.
