A lot to digest on this one. Lots of elements. Gives me a dig brother vibe from Iron Fist, which is a good thing. You’re setting a standard that’s going to be hard to maintain on future customs brother. Good luck!

Really dig the battle-worn look. This feels like an update to the character as well - he’s not just the the motorcycle riding / heavy-metal listening kid-who-gets-to-be-a-samurai-on-a-military-battlefield conundrum suggested on the original file card. Battle-wear gives him much-needed credibility, suggests a lengthy backstory. Great work. Maybe he needs another eyebrow showing above the patch, but then again maybe not. Love the forearm wraps and how the blue and silver work together against the brown.

Here’s a close up and comparison:

Thank you edgecrusher . I really like how this one came out and glad everyone does too. Thanks for the kind words man.
I just had to go look that guy up cause I’ve never heard of him before. Dude looks pretty badass. And thanks my brotha! That’s my goal for the tank and challenge to myself . Exactly what I was going for. I didn’t want this Budo being a joke. I wanted him to tell 1000 stories without saying a word. Here’s a close up and comparison: I told you I was going to find this and it did not disappoint. He looks incredible. Did you consider doing a helmet? Just asking, not saying he needed one as I love the head sculpt. I would just love to see how you would have envisioned a helmet for him.

Come on man don't do that to the Joe Club LOL. Putting yours next to that "thing" they called Budo is just wrong.
I told you I was going to find this and it did not disappoint. He looks incredible. Did you consider doing a helmet? Just asking, not saying he needed one as I love the head sculpt. I would just love to see how you would have envisioned a helmet for him. But yes I did consider a helmet, actually a full face bushido look, it just didn’t look right without more armor. So I went with a ronin look. Really glad you and everyone else likes this one! It’s one of the ones I turned the corner with .
