Wow, I never thought how great the armored bits on MTF figs would look with Tron lines! I'm also a sucker for electric blue.
Yeah, the shoulder pads in particular are a tricky bit. I glue all the pieces into place, but those I usually have to shorten the pegs to get them to sit right (along with the blank unarmored panels). And even then, I've had them get torn out of the socket when I try to raise the arms up. So I'm still experimenting on it, but that would be my advice. |

The fit of the attachments can sometimes be hit and miss, most of the time they will fit nice and snug but some can be too tight or too loose. The shoulder armour in my experience never stays in place without glue. Whenever I have finished a build I am happy with I glue all the pieces in place (although just a small dot of glue in case I do ever want to change them), it is frustrating if you pick a finished figure off the shelf and hear something fall off (especially if it is a cluttered shelf)

That makes sense. Thanks for clarifying fellas. Quote:
That deep violet pushes the figure to another level, blends perfectly with the detailed paint apps applied to the armored pieces and makes them pop that much more. Really great idea & execution. Definitely a figure I want bookmarked for a potential project down the road. Always impressed with your paint jobs!

This is the most sci-fi looking Alley Viper I've ever seen. Looks like it could come straight out of a spacey FPS video game or something.

Adding my two cents: this is one superior custom! The parts and paints are brilliant! Who would have thought of a Techno-Viper and an Alley-Viper having a kid together and it looking like this? 😂
Great work, and thanks for sharing! -Todd Shakka85

Made me think of Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon in the best way.
