"G.I.Joe sneaks beneath the waves with the SHARC - a stealthy single-pilot mini-sub. Too small to carry a large payload, its primary mission is short range underwater reconnaissance, exploration, and patrolling.
The SHARC is powered by advanced water jets and is quiet and fast. Weaponry consists of a pair of antishipping homing torpedoes that can be used against both submerged and surface targets, and a pair of antipersonnel frag torpedoes. The SHARC doesn't have dedicated seats for any passengers, but it can function as a crude swimmer delivery vehicle for a couple of divers, who can hitch a ride on the wings."
