also, kind of cringed that vortious has the files. hopefully he didnt add them to his shop. they're under license not to be used for selling things - especially because i used someone else's work to upscale to gijoe size. (im also not really a fan of vortious to begin with and hope you found a better source for printed items)

sorry i saw this 2 years later. i just recently had someone steal a back pack peg file, because they're just stealing models off thingiverse and tossing them on a ball joint model they also stole from thingiverse, printing them and selling them.

I have no idea if it is in his shop or not. I haven't gotten anything from him since that. I was making something and contacted him and in passing mentioned my MASK customs and he said he could print T-Bob. So, I know at the time it was just something he did for me.

Like I was telling Itch, 3D printing is something I would like to get into, but honestly don't know where to start. It seems like the technology is outpacing the printers and every time you turn around a newer better yet cheaper one is out.

Honestly, I'm to the point where Avacslab is one of the few casting sites I trust as I've been screwed over quite a few times by several. I've recently ordered from Spartan118 and the casts were really nice and arrived quickly as well as Fantasic3D customs that I had the same experience with.

yeah, vortious is no good. uses the robbing peter to pay paul method. new customers pay for old orders. backs people up for months. among other issues. just overall no good, and i'd never recommend anyone using him. i freaking hate he was involved with that airwolf kickstarter, and there's no telling who he fucked over by putting them off to get that delivered.

anyway, i just wanted to chime in if anyone was interested in printing their own t-bob.

In addition to getting Riggs and Murtaugh and John McClane added to the project I set up a shot with two line I would have loved to see crossover as a kid as both were set in the future and Lord Dread and Doc Terror would have worked together perfectly.

Whoa! Awesome overload today! The 3 pack of Movie Action Cops is amazing! I think Murtaugh is really special! I wonder how many visitors you have to your home that just think this stuff is vintage toys they never had lol!

Thanks man. I plan on adding a couple of more 80s cops and getting another shot probably this weekend. This whole project was partly started to take big crossover shots of 80s characters I wanted to see together in action figure form and I've gotten away from that as the thread has progressed. It's something I would like to get back to.
