Up next is one that was inspired by the Create a Cobra custom thread that was put together during the heavy months of Quarantine. Everyone put together some awesome versions of the character and he’s on my list of 90’s guys that needed to be done so I knew at some point I wanted to get to work.
Project Quarantine: Create-a-Cobra - HissTank.com The build specifically was inspired by Yeet’s version in the thread. I hadn’t really thought about doing a full MTF version until I saw what Yeet put together and now that I’m doing full body paint jobs, I figured I could handle it now. So the Create a Cobra is a figure that I always wanted growing up, actually filled out the form several times but like a lot of things when I was younger, I just couldn’t get someone to front the money for it. Haha. Since I was always interested in the figure, he was a good modern custom to take on. So an easy MTF build, full magenta paint job, a little neon, turquoise and black and he was good to go! Create a Cobra

Finished another block of 9 and updated the first post. Really fun group this time, one of the most rewarding to make.
On to today’s entry, we have one that I built a while ago, finished up with paint apps a few weeks ago but just never had time to take pics of. So we have a character that I always enjoyed in a version that I never had growing up. Mission Brazil Wet-Suit. Since we didn’t get a true recreation of the original in the Joecon set, I set out to build this one as soon as I got the chrome Marauder figure with rolled up sleeves. Really love how this one came out. So simple Marauder build with a Hasbro Eel helmet to finish the build. A few paint apps and he was good to go. Mission Brazil Wet-Suit Wet-Suit v2 Then here are all of my Wet-Suits together. Probably make a more cartoon accurate v1 at some point and also may kick the tires on the 2000’s style build but for now, pretty much completed my versions of the character.

Mr. T! Create A Cobra! Mission Brazil Wet-Suit! These are all really nice additions to your already amazing collection of (mostly) MTF figures! The paint apps are really clean, and the colors are spot-on.

Dang! Homerun on that Create a Cobra. Cracked the bat and everything.
Love the Wet-Suits, as well- you're Battle Corps versions are still some of my favorites of your work just from a personal level- they just get it.

I agree on the Wet-Suits. Not the most difficult builds or paint jobs but put the packages together and the build just pops so well in yellow or orange. Can’t help but always notice those two whenever I am looking at those sections of my display. Doesn’t hurt that the original o ring versions of them were among my favorites growing up too.

Yep that’s a great Wetsuit! I hadn’t even considered that figure being possible with marauder parts but you nailed it. Now I might try an og design Wetsuit with a similar build.
