Agreeing with the previous comments, Budo looks fab, bro! Always fun seeing your MTF customs, giving me ideas and so forth...

Thanks! Love giving him the Commando look, the 86 vest really makes him pop, especially with the green accents.
Appreciate it! That last Club version really had me determined to get a proper v1 in the collection. Definitely feel like I got that accomplished! Quote:
Thanks, appreciate it! Was flipping back and forth with yours earlier today, forgot some of the areas where we veered in different directions. Definitely a few things I’m gonna consider for my next Budo. Hahaha. Always know I’m on the right track when you want one of my builds on your shelf!

Not quite a group shot but I added a table of contents with thumbnails of all of my customs to the first post to make it easier to see everything I’ve posted on one page and to find specific figures without searching or clicking through all the pages.

Thanks! He was one I was determined to make all the versions of once I discovered the unreleased Ninja Commando one. Love how they all came out and look together.

Leatherneck: The base figure build I saw on hisstank before, I just can’t remember who put it together so if anyone knows, please yell it out so I can give credit. I tried a search and going through a few of the threads done by the regulars but couldn’t find it. Definitely the inspiration to let me see that this figure could be done using MTF. That would be me! LOL! I need to check out this amazing thread more often, lots of great ideas here! Also a HUGE fan of that Decimator as I was trying to cook up something similar! Appreciate it! Decimator was one that i thought would be cool once I got him done but I absolutely loved how he came out so I’m happy I went all in on figuring him out. Just went back through your thread again, was laughing at how many figures we both hit and how similar some of them are. A couple of guys in there I’m still working on and will hopefully finish putting finishing touches on sooner than later.

This was supposed to be Cobra Commander Week but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to finish the final two to my liking, so it might be a half week for him unless putting myself under the gun spurs on some creativity to finish up the last two.
In any case, first up is a Cobra Commander who I didn’t even know existed. After my Battle Corps Commander, I knew there was one more that I definitely wanted to hit but decided I had to have this build in Navy too. So I painted the head and then flipped through YoJoe and came across a red accented one with a cape that was part of a convention set. https://www.yojoe.com/action/03/cobracommander14.shtml So similar to my Battle Corps version using the Marauder Black German as the base, painted the body Navy, and then the webgear and accent pieces on the figure red. Used another cast of the Ultimate head and painted the skin & eyes and then made the cape out of another piece of my old Foo Fighters shirt to finish off the look. Only change for him might be hitting the hood with the navy paint to match the uniform. I think I actually like it just in the casted blue though. Worried that it might blend in too much if the hood and uniform match too well. Cobra Commander v14
