Thanks, I thought you would like this one.

The icicle is actually the stake from a BFS vampire blind bag which I got in white and immediately thought to use as the icicle for this scene.

That said, I do have some lengths of plastic rod that I use to convert vintage backpacks etc to the new size back holes, which I have recently been sharpening with a pencil sharpener to use as stakes for my Mad Max inspired display. I could have used one of those.

A couple more Red Shadow new recruits, both of which ended up completely different to what I initially had in mind.
First up is Red Menace, I already had some parts on my workbench for a Street Fighter Sagat type figure and then I saw Kuh_Rupht's excellent Slaughter's Renegades reveal (which if you haven't seen it is well worth checking out)

I decided as I had no need for a Mercer in my collection I would incorporate elements of that character into my Red Shadows army, and this is the result.

Next up is Red Guard. Initially in my mind I had a Cobra Crimson Guard type character for this name but I was playing with some parts in my fodder and this character started coming together.
The Indiana Jones figure comes apart quite easily when you heat it up (using your preferred method) and noticed that the hole in it lined up quite well with the peg on the MTF legs. It is friction tight and the sash helps hold it in place but it works quite well for displaying with little modification needed.
The Red Guard were going to be a unit devoted to the protection of Baron Ironblood but is now his personal bodyguard constantly lurking in the background to keep him safe.
