he is who he is. I was going to do the big popeye forearms but wanted to keep it kinda realistic looking

thanks! its mostly just a repainted shipwreck and a head and pipe set I got from angle forge. I think they have two versions of the head. this one I wanted because it had the pipe. I was going to add a plume of smoke off the pipe but popeye hasn't smoked tobacco since the 70's (true fact) so the wipe is one of his weapons as seen in the cartoon from the 80's.

yep! he needs his go juice to fight cobra. I forget where I got them, some caster. they are very detailed and a pain to paint lol I was going to make them detachable but in all honesty i'd never remove them so I glued them on

I was going to cut the top off one and glue it back on in an opened way then put it in his hand but they are slightly to large out of scale and would have to have been glued in his hand because it spread it open to far. I relate it to like trying to hold a half gallon of milk, I can, but I cant wrap my hand around it like I can to a can of veggies
