My goal was to make a 4 seater that did not look awkwardly stretched. Added a little over 1 inch in width and a little over 2 inches in width. Went with the Corps Cannon because it was a dual gun like the original. Wanted a roof like was seen on the Cheetah prototypes so also made a snap on removable roof. I skipped doors because I never actually saw a Cheetah prototype with doors.
Here are some WIP Pics

I hate you...
Not really... I am just super jealous of your skills, creating such a fantastic custom! Never would have dreamed of widening a VAMP the way you did... That is thinking outside the box. Thanks for sharing! -Todd Shakka85

Thanks guys

The first one 20 years ago. It looked good but was just too long for its width. I also left the original wheels on it which added to making it look super stretched. Last year I made a 4 seater 6x6 Vamp. I put larger wheels on it. The bigger wheels and extra axle helped but it still looked long and narrow. I wanted a 4 seater that looked like it had the correct proportions. It is a little slow in the beginning because you have to cut and stretch and provide rigidity in two directions before you can start adding the filler. plus on a Vamp you have to do that with the top and the bottom separately. I also lowered the floorboard to allow for more leg room with out having to stretch it as much.

Wow! That's some extensive body work you did there, but it paid off.

Absolutely incredible work!
I wouldn't even know where to begin with something like that.
