This body has been painted and assembled for a couple weeks now and the last parts just came from Marauders today. So, another Joe from childhood collection is complete. I tried a vintage helmet but it seemed too big for a modern figure, so I’m trying this MTF helmet for now.
The pants aren’t a direct translation from the vintage figure but seem like a good modern update to his uniform. His original file card says he’s just as dangerous outside of his vehicle, so I armed him with a shotgun and dual pistols to go along with his machete.

Lookin' good! Nice take on the figure and his less goofy-looking helmet than the original is a plus

Thanks for the comments. I dug out my Mean Dog this morning and snapped a quick phot with Wild Card. The front interior area is a little cramped for modern era figures, but they can fit, and my Wild Card fits fine in the open top position or the rear section.
