The S.N.A.K.E. Operator is a very cool. I think that the idea of brainwashed troops being turned against their allies is something that would make sense for Cobra to do (the Red Shadows did it to the Black Major, which I thought was a brilliant touch back when that character was introduced). It would be very disheartening to see these guys coming, knowing you are having friends and allies shooting at you, and you have to stop them before they stop you...

After the kids went to sleep, I started looking at my V2 Doc and quickly came to the realization that I could do better.
The following are my updated items for Doc V2 2.0: 1.) Updated the vest to an 86 Vest 2.) Repainted the blues to a darker blue 3.) Painted Doc?s glasses green in homage of his V1 figure 4.) Added color details to the helmet (red, white) 5.) Added a rim of silver to the boot treads to emulate snow shoes DOC SECOND ATTEMPT

The updates are quite nice, and add a lot, even if they weren't major changes. I like the darker blue, and the details on the helmet make a huge difference. Great work, as always!

Aw man, I was thinking Breaker, who was listed as a KIA in the comic, but in your universe was found to be not only alive, but had been turned into one of the S.N.A.K.E. Operators... This would not sit well with the Joes, as they wrote him off as dead, but later found out that they had left a man behind (who was clearly not dead!). Oh well, still like the figure/concept/execution on this one.

-Todd Shakka85 When I had the opportunity to build out the identity of the S.N.A.K.E. Operator, even though the figure is supposed to be brainwashed and ?evil?, I wanted it to be Short Fuze to -one- keep him relevant and -two- give him a redemption arc with breaking his conditioning and wreaking havoc inside Cobra HQ. Now, on to other business. I need to correct a long-standing mistake. It’s a tiny mistake, but it bears fixing. Long time ago, when I made my V3 Cutter, my only source of reference was Yojoe.com. Let’s face it, a lot of their older pictures are complete feces. I mistakenly assumed that Cutter’s cap on that figure was blue. I gave my MTF Cutter a blue cap. This is obviously incorrect as the cap is actually black. (And, as a side note, Cutter’s cap on the box art and filecard is red). Here is my corrected version of Cutter V3 with black cap (and one pic with red cap). CUTTER (V3): 1993

This next figure is a bit of a rush job, but quite frankly, she was just an experiment with no real intention of keeping her. The chest piece is an Imaginext Lex Luthor piece. Being a child’s toy, it had an open face. I cut up a Marauders riot face shield and inserted it into the opening (upside down). Then I closed up any open space around the head with milliput and painted over with pink. God DAMN I hate craft paints!!
