This next silly little LBC is, of course, inspired by Toy Story Jessie. I did not mean it to be a 1-for-1 copy, though. She is not a red-head, is not an annoying loudmouth, and does not wear a red gambler hat.
This is Belle Star. In my universe, she is the dedicated pilot of the Locust Helicopter. BELLE STAR ![]() ![]() ![]()

A lot of great work lately; I really like the Oktober Guard figs! That not-Jessie is pretty neat as well. Don't see many uses of cow pattern.

Thanks for the kind words all.
I decided to do a bit of a tweak. I have, for quite a while now, been disappointed by my Dino Hunter Low-Light. He was made years ago and I thought I could do a tad better. I disliked the silhouette of my original version. I did not crack torsos back then and as a result, I used the yellow Tactical Vest to emulate Low-Lights weird yellow net-shirt. Also, I tried to replicate the black shoulder rig of the vintage figure, but failed miserably the first time. This time, in order to slim the figure down a bit, I took a look in my parts bin and found a previously cracked yellow torso and paired that with some left over dark skinned blue T-Shirt arms. Instead of a full vest, I just used a shoulder rig. I like to use the drop down holsters whenever I can, but I am not really a fan of using the holster with the Trooper style legs (although I have grudgingly done so at times). I do not really like the double strapped look, so that necessitated using the Contract-Ops legs. That was fine, though, as I think the vintage figure had unbloused pants. Lastly, I grabbed a small black rubber band and glued it to a small knife and slid it on the figure?s leg. Quite like that, actually. Here is an updated Dino Hunter Low-Light LOW-LIGHT (V4): 1993 ![]() ![]() ![]()

This is a great interpretation of Dino Hunter Mission Low-Light. Really captures the spirit & look of the original. Using the blonde Ranger head huh, that means you still have some gems in that Parts Bin of yours. ;-) Just the other day you said you were all dried up & then WHAMMO! LOL! I dig how you did the shin knife too, very clever. I have this Low-Light in the planning stages, but will take a somewhat different approach, not sure when he'll drop, probably 2024. Again, nice work buddy!

Did this just cuz I wanted to see just how easy it was to take my Hardtop kitbash and convert him to a Toymax M P.A.C.T. Oxy figure.
A quick palette swap on the hair, switch out the bare hands for some white gloves, add some Rescue-Ops pockets and bingo Agent Special Tom OXY Adams ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() And speaking of criminally easy kitbashes, I have been trying to think of a reason to use the blonde Jack Burton head. I settled on EXTREME member Metalhead. The white T-shirt is just a placeholder. Once the bare torsos come out, I will replace it. The legs are, of course, 25th Anniversary Ripper legs. Dremeled the hip sockets to make them large enough to fit over the MTF T-bar. G.I. JOE EXTREME METALHEAD ![]() ![]() ![]() I am making a more battle-ready outfit for Cesspool, so I think I am going to couple the blue suited body with a new head. This is good ol CC, early-days version COBRA COMMANDER (A Man with a Plan) ![]() ![]()

I have a kitbash here that has a touch more painting than the last drop. This is a parts bin build, so I did this one in reverse. I mean to say that I looked at my parts and then tried to find someone to make. I have learned to really hate painting silver, so this build just has silver pens. I have a chrome pen on the forearm armor and the glove armor, but then Sharpie Silver on the legs. This is the Valor vs Venom Neo-Viper that came in a two-pack with desert-themed Gung-Ho. Apparently, this version of the Neo-Viper was a Walmart exclusive. I gave the Neo-Viper a WWII era weapon just cuz I thought a retro-weapon would be silly for a trooper with Neo as a prefix.
