Well…they don’t get much more boring than Wild Bill V1. Although, I guess I shouldn’t say that, really…there are some great customs of Armadillo, Steam Roller, and Wild Card and they don’t particularly light the customizing world on fire. Anyhoo, this guy isn’t even a real figure in my collection yet. He was just slapped together inside of two minutes using parts from other finished characters (and I promptly took him apart and returned all the parts to his respective donors: gloves back to LT. Dolphin, torso back to Short Fuze, pistols, head, and hat from Wild Bill V2). All I was really trying to do was to see if the new vest would look OK on a V1 Wild Bill. Not bad, I must say. Now I will begin the long process of putting together the best V1 Wild Bill I can. I present…a prototype of Wild Bill
WILD BILL (V1): 1983 Although I DO love the smell of Napalm in the morning.

Storm Shadow, Destro, Wild Weasel, & the Viper are all OUTSTANDING! (Like the updated Hawk too!) You have been finishing these guys up at an amazing pace and the paints are just stellar!

Stellar job on all of these builds Rob, there's quite a few here I may copy for my collection.

Yep, just blank panels turned around. I do not use that option too much as I just feel like I am wasting good accessory real estate if I don’t fill every crook and nanny, but with Grand Slam being First Wave and OG, I figured I would stick with a sleek Plate Vest.
Speaking of which, my next custom has a Plate Vest and also a couple blank panels. I am not a Funskool guy nor am I really a big fan of Tripwire (but oddly, I have 3 customs of him), but I thought the Bomb Squad writing on the vest is so bat-shit, coupled with the fact that Bad Mother has that very decal…well, now you are just begging me to make a custom. Oh, and ignore the mis-colored backpack and mine detector. I had to borrow them from another Tripwire. I just have not found an economically priced set yet. TRIPWIRE (INDIA): 2003

Great Funskool Tripwire! He’s one I started but didn’t have the pieces to finish him. Awesome that someone makes the decal, definitely finishes the look. Fantastic paint apps and gear, perfect goofy purple bomb squad Tripwire. Officially jealous!
