Best updated BAT I've seen! I really like the use of the POC Duke upper torso on this; I mean, why would you create a battlefield android and send it into battle with it's inner parts exposed? Great job!

They really need to give the key of the kingdom to our modders to do sets on Haslab. $100 for a 7-10 figure pack feels right, but they need to be retardly epic!

Customs typically run somewhere in the neighborhood of $40-100 each, not sure how you'd get 7-10 "epic" figures for $100. Even the Club figures average somewhere close to $40/piece. The only ones that I recall being in the price range you listed were the Dollar General figures.
Thing is, if Hasbro actually focused on creating modern era versions of the ARAH figures from 82-94, I'd be okay with paying about the same amount as Club figures because they'd be the right characters amd there's a defined set of figures remaining to be done. $40-60 for the made-up/international/2000s-vintage figures is not doing anything for me or my collection. |

There are plenty of great figures posted here and on other places that use all factory parts. If all the molds are available (and this seems to be a big if), then the primary costs would be development and logistics- new tooling could be strictly limited or fully disallowed. Freelance realizing a dream customizers are much cheaper (or free if a design is copied) than salaried employees and Hasbro would not be helping a competitor (such as Boss Fight Studios), which I expect is greatly frowned upon by management. 7-10 epic figures for $100 would be very possible given the above constraints. Think of it as risk free DTC.
